It is important to train ones mental strength in parallel with physical training, both within sports and in everyday life, such as school and social interactions. Life contains both wonderful and challenging events, and with knowledge and training, we can help ourselves handle these in a much better way. We can call it mental training, and just like physical training or learning something in school, it requires regularity and repetition.

There are many hundreds of studies showing that mental training improves both performance and well-being. The PlayWellMinds app contains a brief description of seven steps, and you will learn exercises and traditional methods to become mentally stronger. We can call them "life tools." You will learn the tools for mental strength that make us feel better more often, perform better more often, and when we do not feel so good mentally, we have learned that it is normal and that we will soon feel better again.
